"Well equipped and close to amenities and metro. Short stay so washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven , microwave not needed. Some minor repair of damage on walls , crack in widow required. The apartment did suffer from street noise throughout night, otherwise comfortable for sleep. Room access by app on mobile phone somewhat stressful - concern over loss of charge. A socket adaptor for uk plugs on site would have been appreciated."

" The apartment was very nice, the area is very comfortable, there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby and a relatively short drive from the center. The apartment was cleaned only once during the 8 days and towels were provided only once during the stay and they did not take care to empty garbage, put garbage bags and only put a toilet roll once. For this reason I had to buy toilet paper and garbage bags and wash towels alone"

"The apartment was very centrally located. I just wish she had given me the actual address earlier instead of 1 hour before check in. But instructions were clear and easy to understand and find. Apartment was very nice. There was a washer but not a dryer. So it was hard to dry the clothes but they had a dryer rack which helped. Over all it was great. "

I had mentioned to Luca that we were celebrating my birthday and they put a bottle of wine, bottle of champaign, and a box of chocolates in my room! They helped make my celebrations extra special. The room was clean and in a great location. Luca offered to help us book a river boat tour, offered recommendations, and was very helpful. Super friendly service!"

"The location is perfect - within 15 steps of the drop-off stop of the airport bus and we then spent 3 happy days walking to all the sights from this central location.
