Service desk was great, & the 1ts room, a queen micro?, was great with good (distant) sea views. 2nd room a queen balcony, was larger, same view & a good sized balcony, but the sliding door to the bathroom was too close to the floor & didn't slide freely. The closest shops are at Dorrigo town centre about a 7 min drive from the property with a number of good options, a pie shop, deli/ cafes and the local pub has a diverse menu using fresh produce. Location is convenient to waterfalls, walking trails and picturesque lookouts. "
