The hotel itself was very dirty and outdated. There were holes on the wall. And very unclean. The bathtub in the room was broken. The staff was extremely rude as soon as we entered it smelt a cigarette smoke. The carpet was stained. We were celebrating our 14th year anniversary and we were really disappointed.

The hotel was great and beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the mini fridge was very small and the water in the shower was so hot and we couldn’t cool it off. The taps were pretty old and loose. But at least it wasn’t freezing lol

The location and staff are really nice, we didnt have the perfect stay because the shower didnt work and they made us change of room and the new room had blood on the sheets. They were nice and gave us free dinner for the inconvenient but I mention it because its something you really need to take care for the guest. People arrive really tired sometimes and the only thing that we wanna do is shower and sleep...

Globally everything was good. Big hotel with kind stuff. The only thing I didn’t really like was the rooms’ decoration. They have oldish style. Which can be a plus, depending on each person’s preference :) I also thought that the bath wasn’t clean enough, couldn’t tell if it was the style of it or if it wasn’t cleaned properly.

The property is close to everything within a tram ride to all shops, the hotel pretty old needs some updates or even renovations ( AC not working in our room ) weather has been cool so was not too bad we left the windows open but not all the way due to high floor. Antonia and new trainee was very nice to accommodate us for whatever we needed.
