"Excellent hotel in a half-timbered historic building in Hamelin Old Town, very close to main areas of interest. Our room was very nicely modern inside, comfortable bed and large clean bathroom. Breakfast was an adventure for the taste buds - traditional choices, healthy, plus a selection of innovative taste combinations. Excellent."
"The hotel is in the middle of a forest we booked it because it said there was a good restaurant.
No! It was closed. According to them due to a party but there was no one else there. We asked if they could recommend a restaurant - after repeated request they suggested one.
They should not take bookings if the restaurant is closed. There is nothing near by. I saw another guest had the same experience - so is the restaurant ever open??? Or just in the announcement to get guests? "

The room is quite spacious room with big TV, but we didn’t bother to use it and used our iPhone and iPad instead. The only tiny complaint is that the bathroom floor need to swiped cleaner. "It is a great hotel with an excellent location. I would say the only downfall is no air conditioning and therefore open windows, which were located at a very noisy road. That put a bit of a damper in an otherwise great experience.
