"Liked that it was very cosy, very comfortable bed, exceptionally helpful and polite staff. Liked the dining room and bar areas and the open fires. Impressive to see the pool and tennis courts. Very comfortable and relaxing stay and would definitely go back. Wasn't expecting nearly as much as it delivered. "We stayed here the day of the red weather warning, we arrived the staff were excellent and very polite and efficient with helping us. A quality hotel. The room was clean and warm. The resturants food was very tasty and the servers were fantastic. The only negative I had would not be with the hotel nor their staff, however the airport shuttle did not show up at all, despite no indication that it was off and we had seen several shuttle buses go by."

Lovely time

"Was an extremely nice stay. Everything about the rooms was very high standard. Was a bit shocked of the price for the hot tub/outdoor pool price being an extra £35 per person as only wanted to use the one time. Will definitely come back again "
