"Everything was completely comfortable. No extra service I asked for was too much trouble. This hotel met all my expectations. Kyiv has a midnight curfew. After this time, you must stay inside, though a hotel can keep its services and bar open. At the last place I stayed here, there were only a couple of people at the bar, but here, everyone came down to the bar to socialise. You can order the full menu of food until 2:00am."

"This hotel was well worth the price and time. The staff was highly professional, and when I needed some adjustments to my arrival time they were more than accommodating. They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. Also, the location is ideal for quick access to local historical sites and good restaurants."

"Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. "I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby.
