"We drove to Grand Rapids to see a show at thw DeVos Performance Hall. The location was right off the expreessway so there was no crazy downtown navigation needed and its a short walk to the Performance Hall. Parking was also easy, no driving around looking for parking, they have a lot in the feo t and back for easy access. Check in was smooth and quick with friendly staff. "(positive) It was very quite / clean with a retro 70's design in a basement w/ windows, A short walk to the arena and a beautiful downtown to stroll in w plenty of options for dinning. (negative) I am not a high tech person. I prefer a lobby and staff not on the phone asking for HELP on how to get in the building along with no free parking available (except on the street between 6pm-8am M-F. weekends) good luck. "

"We loved our overnight visit with our granddaughter. Very comfortable beds, very clean room, very welcoming staff. We really enjoyed the heated pool. The breakfast in the morning was incredible with all the choices. Everything was laid out so well and everything was so clean. If we had any criticism, it was that the small refrigerator in the room made too much noise as we are trying to sleep. Other Than that, five stars. "
