"This is probably the best hotel I’ve been to and I have been to over 100 hotels. The staff was phenomenal the fact that they cater to children as well as adults. They provide breakfast and dinner plus free drinks. My son and I couldn’t be more happy with our choice in hotels and we will definitely be staying here every time we’re in Grand Rapids from now on. Thank you for being awesome."

"Second time in 3 months, had the same amazing service and experience as the last, maybe even better. We were to arrive on a Saturday and due to an emergency needed to arrive a day earlier, to not get a penalty, Expedia called the hotel, talked to one of the amazing Managers and the Manger was willing to allow no penalty and last minute switch our reservation. Little things like this meant a lot and helped relief some stress especially during a difficult time. Loved the high quality experience...

"Very nice hotel but inconvenient parking, we witnessed someone drunkenly hit several cars in the attached parking garage (which is not technically associated with the hotel, but is the most convenient location. And the parking was very expensive"
