There was little available in all of Brisbane when we booked for a Saturday night so maybe we’re being a little ungrateful. However we paid a premium for a storey bridge view room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We got a 6th floor room with some views of the bridge, one bathroom. Room was clean but tired (broken light covers, a phone that doesn’t work, leaking shower box etc). The parking was the tightest ramp turns I’ve negotiated in a long time in a medium-large SUV. No way you could get a RAM or something like that in there. Location was excellent and if I hadn’t paid what a presume was a huge markup for presumably a busy weekend and a special view and a second bathroom, it would have been adequate. Wouldn’t go back unless I had no choice. Sorry.

Great stay, friendly helpful front desk. 1 bedroom apartment was well equipped, bed was comfortable and having a washer and dryer was ideal. Well impressed with the size of the apartment situated in level 36. Unfortunately our room wasn’t made up to the bedding configuration requested, despite confirmation being requested and provided the prior day. The room was advertised as being suitable for 5 people however there’s not really sufficient space, so we ended up having to rejig arrangements to accommodate only four people. The view was nice if you ignore the construction site directly below. Unfortunately the noise from the construction was a little harder to ignore… starting from 7am on the Saturday morning. It was difficult to enjoy the balcony as a result as it was just too noisy. The central location of the property was great, but unfortunately the multiple issues we encountered was frustrating and detracted from our stay. Still waiting for the refund for the additional guest that we’d already paid for. Unlikely to stay again or recommend to others.

I have left a few reviews for here now and whenever I am in Brisbane I prefer to stay here. It is so well located for me and is so near so much whilst feeling tucked away slightly so it is quieter. I always feel safe walking around here and have never encountered any issues. Plus there is a great Woolworths supermarket just down the road and this a convenience store next door too just in case you have forgotten anything and there is a lovely food store selling fresh foods too which is so handy as well as being so near so many cafes and yummy places to eat. Staff on reception here are always so helpful, friendly and approachable, they helped me several times with parking and I was really grateful. The apartments are for me, like a home from home and everything I needed was there plus the balconies are a decent size which I always appreciate and use, especially if I have amazing Story Bridge views !. I had such a wonderful holiday and really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you :)
