Location was great and the hitel was clean and comfy bed and pillows. The reception staff not very welcoming and one evening they could not return a hello as we entered. Pleasant enough stay but the room layout was not good. The bed was almost at the window and a couch so far away from the TV that was difficult for us to see and tge bathroom furthest from the bed. Our room was 801.

Great location, but rooms are really small. If you have a large suitcase you will have to close it back up, as no room to keep it open, that small. Check in staff very friendly. Room amenities ok

Very convenient, with a large mall below it sporting everything--groceries, pharmacies, doctors, all sorts of shopping and take-away food, and a transit stop, The hotel is quiet enough to sleep, the hotel staff were lovely and accommodating of my needs, the hotel restaurant food was decent, and the hotel laundry is included. Pretty much perfect!

Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable. Processes left a bit to be desired. Pre arrival check in was a waste of time as you still need to do the full check in on arrival. And despite signs in the room for room service, it isn’t offered. After 10 mins of waiting for a call to order to be answered found out your meal has to be collected. Other than that, overall good.

Stay was fine with location great for my short stay, only suggestion i would get the cleaners to do a good vaccume to all edges of the carpet as there is lots of dust in the corners where the normal vaccume head doesn’t get to, it was fine for me but people with allergies etc will have an issue with it, This is just a friendly suggestion Thanks again for the stay Steve
