Stunning hotel and rooms, however the service lets it down. In room dining wait was over an hour, I called the concierge and in room dining 3 times only for it to ring out. The rooms are beautiful though the location proximity to The Storey Bridge makes it a noisy stay.

A super modern hotel in a fabulous area an easy walk along the river for numerous dining options or into the CBD. Bikes available and a nice roof bar (which unfortunately wasn’t open) and small pool area with a fabulous view.

Check in and check out process was a nightmare… had almost $1000 put on “hold” instead of just paying the account. Reception staff didn’t seem to understand how anything worked and couldn’t give me straight answers on anything.

Stayed here for my wedding accommodation. The room is definitely only big enough for 2 people however, there are great ‘getting ready’ photo opportunities around. Such a great spot with great amenities! Just make sure your late check out is confirmed when checking in as we had arranged this prior to our stay however they hadn’t correctly recorded it on our profile..
