Stayed for 3 nights, easy check-in and parking ($30/night). Generous size rooms, separate bedroom from living / kitchen. Updated bathroom with washer / dryer. Kitchen old but clean and functional. Great café downstairs for food coffee 7-5, and pub 100m away for good meals. Major construction nearby, but not excessively noisy. Good air con, not troubled by cleaners, etc, as there was no room service during stay :)

Location ok Aircon nice and cold Very run down Way overdue a renovation Mould smell in the room Bathroom smelt like urine Opposite Roma St station where there’s currently a major construction site. Not advised of this until after booking. Not given clear instructions on parking on the premises. There is a pull in spot off Makerston St. Would have been handy to know so could get keys and further parking info. Parked in the car park next door which was convenient but double the cost of Abbey parking. Won’t stay here again would find somewhere better value for money

The apartment was rather shabby with holes in the walls. The dining room chairs were uncomfortable as they were rickety. The shower head would not stay upright, and we needed to handhold the nozzle while showering. Very convenient location.

Rooms are presentable and comfortable. There are limited dining options at that end of town, but the hotel is directly opposite the street from Roma Street station, which is handy for early morning departures.

Wasnt happy with 24/7 construction noise and the $30 car parking fee a bit rich. The apartment was roomy but very neglected the bed was hard but linen clean, and l hate mini milks you need 4 for 1 cuppa, and you only get 4, get 300ml long lifes way better . The location is great if no construction

I arrived at the hotel after office hours which was organised with reception. The code they gave me to gain access to the property didn't open the front door luckily another guest was exiting which opened the door for me.
