"This was our second stay at this property. First time when we visited Tenuta Mazzetta we were taken by the tranquility of this place - amazing pool, beautiful gardens, very friendly and welcoming staff and this rustic farmy feel. This year we were positively surprised how much care the staff puts in to this place. "The self check in was easy and my room was small but very clean and comfortable. And it had a lovely balcony. It was loud because I left the doors open all night but that doesn’t bother me, but the staff left earplugs for those bothered by noise. The breakfast was included and was served with a choice of sweet or savory and at the time you requested. The place is also about a block from the water. If I’m ever in Brindisi again, I’d stay here again!"

"An unhappy experience. When we arrived at our hotel we were told it was closed due to a "technical problem" and that we were booked in a different hotel. While the other hotel was very well situated, it was tired looking, no wi-fi in the rooms, and we had the worst room in the hotel, looking out on a service courtyard instead of a sea view. Heating rails in the bathroom did not work. No window or extractor fan in the bathroom either."
