"Awful, mouldy rooms, complained they moved us to another room, after i heard them say theres nothing they can do until the roof is fixed. Well obviously you can, how about not selling mouldy rooms?dropped our bags off, got back at 9:30pm, no staff about, bar closed. Went to room noticed more thick mould all around the windows, 3 bulbs gone, behind tv someone had wrote clean me in the dust, cobwebs everywhere, worst was the bathroom bin had dirty sanitary products in. No staff around at 7:30am...
