"We had a lovely first Apartment but will not rate booking on Expedia very highly. We booked 5 nights based on pics we saw but the online booking only booked that room for 3 nights and then a different room for 2 nights. This was disappointing after being told it was not a downgrade as it still had a view by management at the time but when we moved it was not nearly as nice and we didn’t like the layout. "The only downfall was lack of parking, we own a large vehicle that wouldn’t fit in underground parking and there were no vacant parks on the property "

"The pictures you see online do not show how this place actually looks. Pretty old inside and difficult to get around. Reception closes before check in so you have to call and open a random safe to get your keys. They give you a piece of paper to try to figure out how to get around the hotel. Only way to find your room is through lettering posted in the elevator and those actually broke the day we were there. Rooms were average, area is a bit older and very inconvenient way of checking in. "
