"This property was listed as a guesthouse with one bedroom over a bakery in town. Then we were given instructions to go somewhere else in the the middle of know where. It was a hostel that only provides one room and bathroom. The kitchen and refrigerator were shared among all the guests. The room was filled with spiders everywhere. It didnā€™t appear dusted. Spider webs were hanging from the ceiling and tv and door ways. No where to walk to a store or restaurant. "

"This IS NOT a hotel... when I arrived at 10:00 PM, it was completely dark including the signage. Not a single person was in sight. Nobody answered the phone. No staff was on property. The door was locked. I called the next day and Me Engle told me I had to check in by 9:00 to get a code which give you access to a key box. I strongly suggest that you remove them from your website. "The room was on the next street in apartment block. No elevator and I was on the (top) 3rd floor. No carpets anywhere so very noisy when opening/ closing doors etc. room had a fan which was needed but no air con. No kettle or coffee machine. Clean/ new but too sparse for my liking. I was unable to book the ā€˜ nicerā€™ rooms at the actual hotel. A nice hotel overall but staying in apartment wasnā€™t to my personal liking. Sorry! "
