"Extremely well managed hotel with good and attentive staff, excellent very well maintained rooms and property overall. A traditional hotel, comfortable with its loung and bar, with none of the weariness, often chronic, associated with hotels of the period. Very well done, please keep it up."

"My friend and I went from Monday -Friday. On arriving the staff were lovely however got to the room and it was dark. My friend and I said if they had arranged the bedroom differently it wouldn’t have felt so dark. The heater in the bathroom was so dangerous. Also the whole hotel needed some TLC.
But the staff made up for the rest of it every member of staff was lovely. "
"We’ve stayed here numerous times, it’s our go to place to stay in Bournemouth. Value for money. The rooms are basic but clean and with free parking. It’s a leisurely 20 minute stroll to the main shopping centre/beach/gardens.
We finally got to use the pool on this visit! Was lovely to check out but still use the pool before we actually left. Thank you! "
