Front desk and concierge staff were great. So we’re good staff. Hotel just wasn’t clean and slow at everything. Hallways smelled. Little things not done like trash picked up by tables at the pool or service lingered for 40 minutes for a drink. It’s nice but not a 5 star hotel.

Very pleasant enviroment with some good restaurants, but the price is outrageous, even when you compare to LONDON! Its going to cost close to £100 for a full dinner (exclusive of any alcohol) if you are a hungry couple.
