"Nice hotel. Good size rooms, comfortable beds and very good breakfast included. Restaurant options somewhat limited, but located at walkable distance to a large shopping mall w/ many other restaurant options. Excellent staff, efficient, friendly and very accommodating. We stayed for 10 days and plan on returning."

"I went on this trip to perform surgery on the city but I choose this hotel because was close to the clinic. Hotel ok but the staff was not so friendly. They treat my self like I was some kind of old lady and they assimilate tbsf I was talking nonsense. "Nossa estadia foi boa, os funcionários muito solícitos. Melhor café da manhã que vi nos últimos anos em hotel desta categoria. Produtos extras no hotel são caros. Manutenção do hotel não estava perfeita mas atendeu o que precisávamos. A área da piscina alegrou a galera, mas precisava de mais higienização. Recomendo."

"The hotel is located in the city center, facility is old, the bathroom door is very noisy. Limited resources, they couldn't lend a hairdryer. And when they could there was nobody that could bring it to the room. Lifts take ages to come. The staff on the other hand, do the best to assist you with what they have. The breakfast was good and professional."

"O hotel está precisando de reformas! As portas do banheiro toda com a madeira lascada. As camas só c um lençol! Sem conforter! Banheiro bem apertado! "Overall it was ok, decorations were nice, however Dining options at the hotel were not as much available. Menu has few options when is not regular time for breakfast. Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long"
