The hotel is located in the city center, facility is old, the bathroom door is very noisy. Limited resources, they couldn't lend a hairdryer. And when they could there was nobody that could bring it to the room. Lifts take ages to come. The staff on the other hand, do the best to assist you with what they have. The breakfast was good and professional.

As camas não eram muito confortáveis e tinha um barulho que parecia do ar condicionado pingando que persistiu durante a noite toda. Além disso o chuveiro é bem fraquinho, difícil de temperar. No mais, o café da manhã é bem gostoso e o Waffle da Daniela é um espetáculo!! Localização boa apesar de ser uma rua perigosa à noite.

Hotel localizado no centro de Ribeirão, próximo a tudo, gostamos da estadia, o hotel é bom, o café da manhã foi mediano, ar condicionado muito bom, cobertor limpo e cheiroso, a cama e o travesseiro não foram tão confortáveis. O único problema que achei é a disponibilidade de estacionamento, o local onde guarda os carros aparenta ser de terceiros, fica longe para ir a pé, ainda mais em alguns horários do dia/noite. Apesar de que o hotel disponibiliza serviço de manobrista, tem um custo de 23 reais o dia (contando estacionamento + manobrista)
