"Lovely hotel. Only disconnect we experienced is the fact that we initially received most likely the worst room in the entire hotel. After double checking my reservation, I asked the front desk to check my reservation and sure enough, I was moved to one of the nicer rooms. That should not happen in the hear 2023! "

"There was a Golden Anniversary party the night we were scheduled to stay and the hostess noted music might go until 3 am. They found us a beautiful substitute location that my wife and I utterly enjoyed - and a very, very quiet night! I so appreciated the effort to find us great night of sleep."

"Very clean, safe, modern and a great location for Kiel or the ferry. Parking was easy using the Q Park. Would definitely recommend and come again. We used the hotel for breakfast sometimes but there are lots of places in walking distance round the water too. Perfect for a family or couples. Staff are very friendly and helpful"

Beautiful furnishings, service and lovely and cosy in the winter with open fire in these shared areas. "Hotel is nice and breakfast is satisfactory. Hotel has no Air conditioning, but lucky for me, it spring time when I checked in. I will skip this hotel during summer months. Also, avoid room 202- I think it's the only room with a window that opens widely. The rest of the hotel rooms has upper window part that tilts about 5 inches outward allowing air to get in- not intruder."
