"I reached AZK at 8:30 am in the morning and although the check in starts at 2 pm, they found a room ready for me and allowed me to check in early at no extra cost. This helped a lot as I was travelling on business. The room was compact but comfortable, the heating was great and I had no inkling of the bitter cold outside.
