Lugar perfeito bem localizado 100mts da Praia, ótimo atendimento, te deixam a vontade, com certeza voltarei mais vezes, fica ai uma dica para se hospedar com a Família. Padaria ao lado, mercador próximo, restaurante com ótimos preços, simplesmente magnifico.

Me alojé 5 noches con 2 niños. Positivo: Estaba limpio. Cuenta con 2 baños. Cocina equipada con elementos básicos en buen estado (solo con licuadora, sin tostadora, ni cafetera). Tienen ascensor y un espacio para guardar elementos de playa. A 50 metros de la playa. Negativo: Edificio antiguo. No funcionaba el Aire acondicionado (que era de 1980) de la habitación, a la tarde era imposible estar allí. La cocina no tiene refrigeración, solo un ventilador diminuto. No incluye sábanas, ni toallones. No hacen limpieza a diario. La cochera es muy pequeña para autos grandes. En el último piso desde el balcón solo se ve el techo, un desastre el diseño que tiene. Las ventanas no cierran bien y se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle como si estuvieses en la calle. Pagué 135 dólares por día en Enero. En Julio por 200 dólares por día me aloje en un all inclusive en Playa del Carmen de 5*. Conclusión: no vale para nada lo que cobran. Es una estafa. No lo recomiendo para nada. Otro dato: en la tercera noche que me hospedé fui a hacer una consulta a recepción y escuché que a una familia querían cobrarle 200 dólares por día por el mismo departamento en que estaba Aprovechadores

Tivemos um experiência muito boa. Tudo estava bem limpo, a cozinha era bem completa, marinex, panela de pressão, bule, chaleira e na verdade só faltou uns potes mas a gente se virou mesmo assim. Os quartos eram grandes e os banheiros tbm. As camas eram firmes, como não estou acostuma a dormir em camas assim senti um pouco, mas pra quem gosta, vai ser ótimo. A localização era ótima, padaria ao lado, mercado próximo, sorveteria e ótimos lugares para fazer as refeições. Tinha churrasqueira tbm. E claro, a vista da sacada era incrível. Recomendo muito. ( Em uma das avaliações que li dizia que o espaço da cozinha com a sala eram pequenos, e não é não, o cômodo é grande )

Bem razoável, imóvel é antigo, mal dividido. É um apto. com quartos grandes e cozinha pequena e, não tem sala, ter sofá ao lado da mesa da cozinha não diz nada. Sacada também pequena. Garagem muito apertada e com pernilondos. E, o pior pra nós foi o ar-condicionado muito barulhento, muito barulhento, de doer ouvidos.

Expectacular estadía, los conserjes muy buenos y atentos todo el tiempo, te aparecen en todos lados, los de limpieza también y la gente de mantenimiento espectacular muchas veces dejan lo que están haciendo para atender tus solicitudes , si en la ciudad falta agua la empresa compra en camiones para que no te falte,

Gostei muito, não é algo luxuoso mas é bom, confortável, limpo, funcional, prático e 1 quadra da praia, fica um passo da avenida principal que tem tudo, bares, restaurantes, lojas, farmácias, mercados, sorveteria, uma panificadora maravilhosa ao lado! Adorei pq rinha 2 banheiros ... o quarto q escolhi não era 2 quartos, mas tem quartos com esta opção! Tudo funcionando perfeitamente, não tive problema com nada! A internet ficou fora os últimos 3 dias, mas eu usava de outros andares! Mesmo com falta de água na cidade não tivemos este problema!! Com certeza ficaria neste apart hotel de novo!

A estadia foi boa, mas o quarto não tinha varanda como descrito no anúncio. O quarto que nos deram foi no mesanino, o qual não tinha luz natural e era um pouco escuro.
