"Schönes Hotel ohne sichtbares Personal, d.h. nur Online-Check-in mit Zusendung von Codes für due Eingangs- und Zimmertür. Für uns in Ordnung, aber ältere Menschen ohne Smart-Phone könnten überfordert sein. Verwirrend für mich war, dass man mit der Online-Bezahlung der Kurtaxe zeitgleich ausgecheckt war. Das sollte in 2 Prozess-Schritten möglich sein."

The only issue was the space and design, the room and WC were too small, everything in the hotel was very small, park place, lift… and design was not helping either. For example big chair in the room made even less space to move."
