"Bathroom door needs repair/bottom part is falling apart. Door key was deactivated on second day/room door key needs to be checked. Noticed 2 small roaches as well. other than that....staff are very nice,helpful,foods are great! Thank you"

"Cheap. Close to all the stuff you need. Place to park your scooters. Use it as a base. Save your money and spend it on the good stuff. "

"The front desk is very accomodating. She let me in even I am an hour early for my check in time. The hotel is a bit outdated bit I don't care as long as I can sleep well. Over all no complaints. I am happy for what i paid for."

"Stayed for two nights. The first room we were assigned to didnt have a toilet seat cover and there was an adhesive which gave me a scare coz it looked like ****. Apart from that, had a wonderful experience esp when we were moved to a room with seaview which we love thats why travelbee is our hotel of choice whenever we are in the city. Also loved the buffet breakfast compared to the plated one they used to offer. Love how they now serve different veggie dishes each day"

"Hotel staff woke my brother at the middle of the noght to remove their transportation service from the parking space because someone who has expensive car wants to parl that spot even it was my brpther arrived early. "

"Lovely building and great staff. Allowed us to drop off bags. Rooms were not the cleanest, especially the bathroom. Breakfast at the on site cafe included which was nice."

"My stay was okay but the only thing that bother me is that they do not have telephone in the room and since the reception area is a little bit of a walk from the room it would be best to put a telephone in each room in order for the guests to be able to call for room service. E.g no utensils in the room. "

In our six day stay nobody bothered to clean the room, change towels or bring toilet paper, we had to ask for it or wonder in the middle of the night around the house and try to find it ourself.
