"Check-in was very easy. Most of the staff speak English well. The room was spacious, however the windows did not open and the room would get very damp. This was the only real downside. Room service and the restaurant were excellent with friendly staff. It was easy to work in the restaurant area in between meal times and WiFi was generally reliable. "This hotel has a direct access to the shopping centre from Basement (B1). My room was in the 6th floor, it was quite big. Bathroom was very basic, it would be better if they can improve it. The breakfast was delicious. I love Indonesian rice porridge, variation Indonesian food and desserts and homemade herbal drinks “Jamu”. The staff were friendly. Thank you so much for making my days in Bogor so memorable! "
