"I had a studio (north) room. It is spacious and bathroom is modern. The room has a balcony with mountain view. Full kitchen. Not far from train station but in a quiet area. Breakfast is excellent. Indoor pool is also a plus. Like the place very much."

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. "The place is great! Very close to the ski area, and if the weather is clear you can see the Matterhorn from your room if you're facing the mountain. The negative is that it is a long walk from anything other than the ski area. "

We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm."

"Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! "Excellent apartment, right in the centre by the church. Even had a good view of the Matterhorn when the clouds cleared. Being on the third floor the stairs could be a challenge to anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommended. The beds were comfortable and the linen first class. "
