"The service and accommodations are spectacular. And the food amazing. It was a shame for no yoga, and the kayaks and some equipment, like lighting on the pathways could be improved. Would love to see larger garden for more home sourced foods! Loved the wildlife and the organised tours were really perfect ! "

"This was an amazing resort. The
spa was the ultimate rainforest treat. I enjoyed a fantastic massage while immersed in the sounds of the rainforest.
We enjoyed zip lining with our 12 year old. It was one of the best zip lining courses we have experienced around the world.
The food at the main restaurant La Rosa was mediocre. But the El Palmar resort restaurant next door offered great food."

"Wonderful property. We were able to dive in the water right outside our door off the deck. Mandy and PJ are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was awesome. Food nearby was awesome. The only knock I would have is that across the channel, the clubs in Bocas Town are loud until 2 AM. Fortunately, Mandy and PJ provide white noise sound bars in the room. We would definitely come back!"

"This place was absolutely fantastic, right from the moment of check in with Lacey, the booking of a day tour, the great food the restaurant had, excellent massages and room service. The room was simply great, very comfortable bed and bedding, with a great patio view of the sea."

"The Red Frog Resort is a beautifully located area. Although it rained for most of the time, the beach and property are amazing. We saw sloths, monkeys and of corse the red frogs throughout our stay. The staff was so nice and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful experience in Bocas. "

Amazing week at Dolphin Bay Hideaway
"Brian and his staff provide an amazing vacation experience! This eco-lodge is very small (5 rooms) which allows them to provide very personalized service. You do not need to plan your activities in advance, Brian will ask you over breakfast "what do you feel like doing today?' and whether you want to snorkel, or go to a nearby beach, take a nature walk in jungle or take a kayak out in bay, the staff will help coordinate everything for you. you can also just hang out on the huge porch and relax and read or play games with a lovely view of the bay. The food is amazing with great variety and lots of fresh produce from the area. Several pods of dolphins regularly visit the bay and are fun to view from a kayak or boat. And you can see sloths, monkeys, tree, frogs, rays, and many birds everyday. If you like off the beaten path vacations in a beautiful nature setting then this is your lodge. We highly recommend DBH!"
