"The service is terrible. Everything is extremely slow with no enthusiasm. However they include hefty service charge into prices, without delivery the corresponding level of service. I would not recommend to stay there. "

"Building is nice, front desk was helpful, and assist you to the room once you get there. There is 24hr security. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Price was not bad for a 2 story loft, decent price. Hotel has a pool and gym and a couple of restaurants walking distance. Would definitely book again."

"I made a mistake and booked an extra room i did not need. The manager was very helpful to assist me to cancel 1 room through the hotels app. The room was exactly as expected and advertised. The only thing i suggest could be improved is providing drinking water."

"This was a beautiful resort and there was a lot available to us. We loved the food, loved the drinks, and there was always something to do. However I will say if you are a tourist please do your best to understand Spanish and speak a little bit of it. There wasn’t a lot of people who really spoke English well."

The rooms are not as nice anymore due to age I guess, and upkeep, but the hotel grounds are still well taken care of and the front desk is new, very nice. The pool is very small. The three high end hotels across the street (St. Tropez and the others) are a big draw for the area.
