"Such a beautiful spot tucked inside nature. The cabin we booked had some small issues which I presume came from wear and tear but at the price, they should be sorted. The bathroom and toilet doors were stiff and hard to manipulate. The AC/heater was so frustrating to operate. The fan switch didnt work properly. "Our room was booked out to another man as well. Fortunately I became unwell and we went home. My husband had misplaces a set of keys so went back in the morning. There was a man in our booked bed. The staff had booked out same room. Therefore they will get paid twice. If we had of been in bed that man had access to the room and us. "

"The bungalow are cleanand bed is comfortable. I like that there is a fridge and kettle , so that you can have coffe amd sit outsite amd enjoy the view . Very nice view , I love the trees we also spotted a koala in the trees amd some kangeroes near the bungalow. Friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend it "

"The Mercure Townsville is a lovely family-friendly hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was extremely comfortable and great for our short stay. The room was quiet and provided all amenities; tea, coffee and toiletries. The room was clean and beds comfotable. My daughter and I enjoyed dinner at the Celsius restaurant. Food was fresh and quick to order. Staff were friendly providing great customer service. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of cold and hot dishes to choose from. Parking was ample and safe. A close drive into Townsville to see the sights, only about 5-10 minutes. I recommend The Mercure Townsville as a great family friendly hotel."
