"Beautiful property. Outdoor heated pool which was amazing to enjoy in the snow!! Breakfast was small but delicious. Beds were super comfy. Rooms are big, bathroom is fair size with everything you could need. The walls are pretty thin but the hotel clearly recognizes this as the room comes with complementary ear plugs. Best part was the record player in the room with an abundance of records to play! Overall a great experience, would stay again. "

"When our flight was cancelled and rescheduled and the new arrival time put as in Boston at past midnight, we were concerned we would not be able to check in. But the worries went away after a quick phone call to the hotel where in a very efficient way we were offered a solution that worked perfectly. The hotel was exactly as the pictures and the morning breakfast watching the morning snow was cozy and perfect."

"This property was very nice in a great area. The Green Line T was right beside the hotel making it easy to get around the city. It is located directly across from Fenway so we had a great view of the stadium. It is also next to a busy highway so the traffic was somewhat loud at night. "

"Newbury Guest House is in a great location, with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. Our initial room had an issue with the door not locking, but the front desk took care of us and upgraded us to a better room. There are lots of great shopping and dining options right out the front door."

Fantastic and Convenient

"I stayed here alone for a business seminar and immediately felt very welcome. The women at the front desk were friendly and very happy to show me the fitness room so I could see the equipment. They also gave me details about the breakfast buffet, which was delicious and included gluten free options. I had to make another request from the front desk when the seminar failed to provide anything I could eat for lunch. The gentleman literally ran to the restaurant next-door and picked up a delicious salad with grilled chicken. He was so kind! Checkout was easy, we had a snow storm and the hotel crew did their best to shovel out the cars...everything overall was great. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants and the AMC movie theater."
