"To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience. The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state. The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them . I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issues"

"This property is gated and has a very nice pool area. It is quiet and very close to the beach. The apartment itself is air conditioned (a big plus) and it is modern, clean and has all the facilities needed, including a nice balcony. Plamen, the gentleman who met us there was very friendly and available for anything we needed during our stay. "We were not accommidated in this property. We booked it because it was said it is in the center but when we arrived we were accommodated it a property which was 15 min walking. We booked a studio with a small kitchen, they gave us a tiny tiny room!!!!"

The location is great, it's minutes away from the beach, but a lot of the beach is private and it will cost you to use their territory. "What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

"front desk staff was so nice. I arrived very early and she was able to let me into my room earlier than the check in time! The transit system around the hotel is very good and there is a great gas station next to the hotel convenience. It is also very close and walkable to many major sites, the beach, museums and more. The room itself was very clean, it was a HUGE room. The bed was comfortable and the re was more than enough space to relax."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and keep on returning, which is the best recommendation we can give. The reception staff is always alert and willing to help. There are few "down issues" one being a chronic problem trying to turn off lights over the bed. It is an electric wiring defect. Again, reception staff are ready to help. I have not stayed at many hotels in Varna, but will return to the Golden Tulip when the time comes"
