"Excellent location if 1) you are going to Alishan via non-private transportation (bus, cruise bus) 2) Reaching Chaiyi by train. Another plus, it has self-serve laundry facilities. Front desk staff went far and beyond to help us to inquire/book Alishan transportation at the very last minute. Extra thanks to Louise and staff !!"

"Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Staff were courteous and respectful. Breakfast had a lot of varieties and quite tasty, We had to leave early for the bus to Alishan so the hotel prepared a whole set of disposable containers and cutlery for us to pack the food to-go. This was my second time staying here I would definitely book it again if I visit next time."

"Wonderful place to staying in Chiayi especially with kids. Very kids friendly hotel with a lot of facilities targeting for kids. Costco nearby and not far from the night market. A very good experience for staying there with wonderful time!"

"有spa池，不過只限使用ㄧ次，池的種類、數量不多，房間內的池很棒、有電視。不過，加床的床居然要自己鋪，有點不可思議。整體來說是還不錯的體驗。飯店的環境很不錯，早上起來雲霧繚繞，很幽靜。"

"Location is great since it’s close to the train station. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s city center so while there’s a window, there’s no view from my 2nd floor room. Room is clean with water and tea provided. For the price and location I’d stay there again."
