"Lovely place to stay if visiting Chitwan National Park 5 minutes in cab to local town with riverside views of Park, where you can sit and relax in upstairs bar watching rhinos and elephants crossing the river. Hotel organised all our trips :- jeep safaris, river canoe, elephant riding and breeding centre. Hotel has a nice inside restaurant , outside bar and pool. Staff were excellent and place was very clean "

"This is a lovely hotel and jungle resort. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the grounds are a well kept garden. I had a warm breakfast and lots of assistance with my travel plans. I felt very happy staying here and enjoyed all this place has to offer. Perfect location in town as well and along the river. There was a rhino taking a mud bath just a short wak away "

"The staff are very polite and accommodating. My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger! Not many people get to see one. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent! "

"From the moment we entered the downstairs reception area we were transported to a place of calm and friendly serenity. "Most enchanting setting, vilas surrounded by nature just steps from entrance to Chitwan National Park. Greeted by Prakash the operation manager who treated us the friendliest smile, made us feel like we were the only guests.. excellent host. "Manager would not honor our reservation for an AC room. Put us in a fan room and told us we would have to pay more if we wanted the AC room we already paid for. Told us we could cancel the reservation if we were not happy and now we have to fight for a refund. Very dishonest."

"The best things about this resort are the location and the staff. Sabrina on reception is always smiling and cheerful. She has "magic fingers" which repairs things. Sitaram Streatham is an outstanding waiter in the restaurant. He is very attentive but also very knowledgeable about local wildlife. Lovely gentle mannered man. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room so i struggle with wet floors but i bought a floor squeegy in town for just over £1 and that helped a lot. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Beer prices are good too. "
