"Excellent location. We stayed there during Durga puja time so that we can walk to diff pandal in the vicinity. It is also at the heart of Gariahat area so you can walk to many shopping area. Hotel room was little smaller compared to other Hyatt hotel and if you have car, parking will be little difficult. But you can get all other types of transport (taxi, auto etc) very easily. The room was clean and stuff were courteous. Breakfast was ok, did not do lunch/dinner this time as we roamed...

"When my taxi arrived at 3 AM and looked at the hotel exterior, I laughed. It was too funny. But once I got into the hotel and my room, I was cool with everything. Clean, comfortable albeit very small room and bathroom shower system in which the entire room is the shower! Something new for me but I learned quite typical in India. "Decent stay. Breakfast is not great but will do. You have to walk outside to get to the breakfast area so dont go out in your slippers, especially if its been raining. (when it rains, water collects in the outside area) Walls are on the thin side, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you have ear plugs. Overall, its good enough given the price."

"I really liked this little budget hotel. It is in a fantastic location in Kolkata within walking distance of all kinds of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Staff are friendly and courteous. They have a cute little cafe attached to the hotel that had great food and was always busy. All day breakfast plates were especially good. It is basic, but clean. Great value for money!
