"Being a heritage hotel I liked the style of the rooms and size. Towels were stained and not white as they should be. Breakfast staff not trained to serve tea etc properly and don’t speak English. Front office staff were good and could communicate with international guests. Food selection good. Hotel overpriced for what they offer."

"When asked for a head bed they have a plank. Finally had to sleep on the floor. . Also the condition of the rooms are bad "
