"The staff were all very nice and friendly. I was really disappointed to find out that the beach is closed at this time of year. Booked 3 nights here for the beach pics advertised. Pool beautiful. Food was just ok for us. Mattress very hard. Rooms need updating. Very low iccupancy due to Covid 19."

"Excellent stay overall, gorgeous beach. very kind staff, very good service. Good food but priced for Singaporeans, much more expensive than 5 star resorts in Lombok. Activities on the beach could be better organized, as the jet skis broke down 2 days in a row. Very interesting lecture on turtles with the release of the hatchlings into the ocean waters. Overall great."

"There are not much places to visit in the surrounding area. Even the small shopping area whereby only transport is via the resort & many shops were closed. 😓"

"We got a beach front room that was excellent, there are gazebos, hammocks and beach chairs provided by the hotel to relax on. The hotel rooms was immaculately clean and spacious including the bathroom. All the staff were friendly and respectful."
