"Just a really good stay, we really enjoyed it. Spa on the roof, very clean place, breakfast was a separate fee but it was delicious, parking across the street and in the parking garage connected to the building was convenient and cheap."

"The La Vista Furano is a lovely hotel, with a great location, and a fantastic spa. At the 9th floor public bath, you can choose from indoor or outdoor hot pools, warm pool, cold pool, sauna, and water massage. Also on the same floor are massage chairs with a view of the ski resort and the mountains, and complementary ice cream. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with western, Japanese, and some Chinese options. Rooms are very comfortable. Service is excellent as well. Overall a great place, that I would come back to."

"Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and even helped drive us to the train station and stopped at the beautiful snowy sights around Biei along the way. This is a beautiful location, close to AKJ airport (by car, or by bus with a bit of walking). We decided to stay here because we wanted an easy location to stay the night after arriving in Hokkaido, before heading to the mountains. It was cozy, quiet, and clean, and we would stay here again happily."

"This is our second stay at JR Inn Asahikawa. Its the perfect location as not only is the hotel connected to the JR station, it also connected to AEON Mall, lot of food options.The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and have good spoken English. A definite hotel to stay in Asaihikawa"

"Ok, when we first arrived we were a little worried. The hotel is old and the room was a little tight with 4 sleeping mats on the floor BUT by the end of our 3 night stay we really enjoyed our stay. The onsen is lovely and that really made the stay, along with the staff who were eager to help with anything. Breakfast was included with lots of options and was quite good. We were here for a ski trip and this turned out to be a great location although a little further from Furano than expected (50 min on a small road). The beds were mats on the floor with small bean bag pillows and could have a been a little more comfortable but we got used to it. Parking was free and easy. Not a lot of restaurants close by but some food trucks across the street open for lunch. Would stay again. "

"Perfect food and good quality. Beef at dinner is simply gorgeous. Excellent staff hospitality l. Couldn't ask for anything better. Onsen a bit outdated and small with no massage bubbles, etc. Other than this all good."

"The hotel was very convenient.If you arrive early the hotel will hold your luggage. The room was very spacious compared to Japanese standards. The room was clean. The Japanese breakfast had many items to choose from. If you’re not going around in a car this hotel is great and before the hotel from the station, the tourist information office is there. The Biei tourist office runs a tour bus around Biei twice a day. Also get your train and bus schedules. The trains comes every 2 hours after the summer season, so you have to time yourself wisely. "
