"Lovely different hotel. Deliberately chosen because it was a former prison. Directions/road signs hit a miss, but sat nav got us there via very narrow streets. There’s some hotel parking, but also other local secure car
parks
at realistic prices. The town is full of bars and restaurants. Is worth taking the little train out to the locks of the camel de midi, but it’s also only a half walk. Only downside of the hotel is that the rooms don’t have air conditioning. "

The hotel was unable to fix it, so told us to move to another hotel in another building. The room was on the second floor, with NO elevator. That night there was so much commotion from other people that we could not sleep and decided the building was populated by prostitutes and drug dealers.
