The standout feature of the hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast – it was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. It truly set the tone for the day. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant decor and a warm ambiance. My room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. However, I do feel the reception staff could have been more welcoming during check-in. A more friendly and accommodating approach would have made the first impression even better. Overall, Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague offers a fantastic experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the city. With a little improvement in the hospitality at the reception, it could be absolutely perfect!"

"What can I say about this hotel. Such a beautiful modern hotel. Lovely bright and spacious reception area. Three elevators that are very quick and regular. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and the shower was fab. Plenty of storage space and they even had robes and slippers. There was a safe which is always a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was great plenty of choice. The hotel was a less than 5 minute walk to Wenceslas Square. "

"The two best things: The Staff and the breakfast! Everyone we dealt with at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was a fabulous buffet with an unbelievable assortment of things to choose from. Our only complaint was that, even with the heat off, our room got hot (at the end of November!). We were able, however, to open the door and get fresh air in. Other than that, the room and bathroom were both clean and well appointed. We had a great stay!"
