"Very nice property and staff. Roof deck is also very nice. A little disappointed there was no iron in the room nor air conditioning. Don't really need AC but the hotel is located across from the main square / train station and the noise from the street was very loud with the window open. "

"Free parking was great and tram stop just outside to get into Berm centre worked well using complimentary travel pass. Restaurant menu was limited and a bit pricey but food was excellent quality and beautifully presented. Soa facilities good but would have been helpful to be told we had to collect towels from reception in advance of heading down to use it. Staff very helpful. "
