"As an American who has been to Europe 230 times, I know hotels. The Ibis styles was great. Five-minute tram ride from the main railway station, spotless rooms, friendly staff, and an absolutely great buffet breakfast, easily rivalling what you get in a 4-star hotel. Brilliant!"

"The first thing we figured out when we got there was that we did not have the right electrical adapters. Management provided us with two and only asked that we turned them back in when we checked out. Who does that nowadays! The desk was helpful and friendly at every turn. The area was great as well. The is a market just doors down from the hotel and you can get almost anything you could need there."

"I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was really nice. The room was comfortable, and we got complimentary items from the minibar the whole stay. I don’t know if that’s standard, but we enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious! They have a really nice buffet. It’s not cheap, but it was really good. We were told restaurant is closed on the weekends, which was surprising. The location is really convenient. There is a bus and tram stop right outside, which makes it easy to get anywhere, and you get a code from the front desk that lets you ride the buses and trams in Bern for free through the Bern Welcome app. The convention center and arena are across the street, so if you are going to an event there, it’s a great spot at which to stay. It wasn’t that long of a bus/train ride from the train station in Bern, either. I definitely would stay here again!"

"Great location and kind staff. The only negative was the EDM blasting from Friday night until 3 am Saturday. In contrast, Sunday night was VERY quiet and serene! "
