Konnten erst 2 Stunden später einchecken, weil das Zimmer nicht bezugsfertig war. Zimmer war ok, sonst ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommenen.

Wir hatten hier eine Übernachtung. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend Auswahl. Für kurze Aufenthalte sehr gut. Ganz toll ist der kurze Weg ans Ufer vom Müggelsee.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat offensichtlich unter dem Corona Lockdown gelitten. Reinigung der Zimmer nur auf vorherige Anmeldung, beim 2. Anlauf hat es geklappt. Abendessen nur als Buffet für 25 Euro pro Person möglich!!! Der Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände kostet 9 Euro pro Tag, ist im Vorfeld nirgendwo zu lesen. Parken außerhalb ohne Gebühr möglich, ca. 400m Fußweg is zum Hoteleinang. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr vernachlässigt. Ruhige Lage und gutes Frühstück. Personal an der Rezeption freundlich. Für ein paar Tage ist das Hotel OK, um etwas zu unternehmen sollte man die Fahrräder oder das Auto dabei haben.

Ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen, da es sehr veraltet ist und von Sauberkeit auch nicht viel gehalten wird. Überall hängen Spinnweben selbst beim Frühstück an den Stühlen. Die Zimmer benötigen dringend eine Renovierung und die Außenanlage müßte dringend gepflegt werden. Am Abend stehen vor den Hotelzimmern Essenreste vom Zimmerservice, dies war schon sehr unangenehm.
Balkon der nicht genutzt werden konnte. Die Stühle waren total verdreckt sowie der ganze Balkon.

Most facilities unavailable due to Covid.. so pricey considering.. difficult check in.. probably the language barrier.. i felt interrogated ! Once i got to my room i was comfortable.. the power plugs could have been better positioned. There is no internet or wifi in the roons which i thought was poor... loved the big windows , very quiet and easy to park.

Hotellet har tyvärr sina bästa år bakom sig. Rummet vi bodde i var ok men inte mer än så. Det är verkligen synd att man inte håller efter. Hotellet har ett fantastiskt läge direkt vid Müggelsee med mycket skog och vandringsleder. Ett riktigt bra läge i Berlin. Man kunde göra så mycket mer fram för allt de områden utanför som tillhör hotellet förfaller mer och mer. Vi känner hotellet från den tiden vi själva bodde i Berlin (det är dock 20 år sen) då var det ett riktigt trevligt hotell. Restaurangen jag kallar det hellre för matsalen är väldigt opersonligt och terassen som tillhör behöver fräschas upp ordentligt. Men vi skulle bara sova där för dr har perfekt läge för oss när vi ska hälsa på alla våra släktingar.

Grosses schönes Zimmer mit grossem Balkon. Lage sehr ruhig. Wegen den sehr hohen Temperaturen im August wählten wir dieses Hotel wegen der Klima Anlage. Es stellte sich heraus, dass diese im ganzen Hotel gar nicht funktionierte. Tropische Temperaturen im Zimmer und trotz offener Balkontüre keine wesentliche Abkühlung erzielt. Ventilatoren ausgebucht. Parkplätze mit 9 Euro zu teuer für ein Hotel abseits prekärer Parkverhältnisse. Ebenso WLAN im Zimmer kostenpflichtig und nur im Lobby Bereich frei. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel dürfte Letzteres für Gäste kostenfrei angeboten werden. Gartenanlage etwas ungepflegt.

Die Lage am Müggelsee ist sehr schön. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre jedoch schon hinter sich. Hier hat man scheinbar vor 30 Jahren einmal richtig viel Geld in die Hand genommen - jetzt ist es jedoch nicht nur nicht mehr zeitgemäß mit Teppichboden und Stoffvorhängen, sondern unästhetisch und eklig (WC-Brillen vergilbt, Duschtassen und Waschbecken verschlissen, deutliche Verbrauchsspuren an den Möbeln). Der so großzügige Außenbereich ist leider verwahrlost und lieblos, schade, das ist wenig einladend, dabei ist der See wunderschön. Das i-Tüpfelchen ist jedoch der Service: Bei Fragen bekommt man immer nur gesagt, was nicht geht, als dass man Lösungen oder Alternativen anbietet. Es drängt sich besonders bei der kantinenmäßigen Versorgung im Speisesaal der DDR-Charme gepaart mit Herbergscharakter auf, da ist mir jeglicher Appetit vergangen. Wir haben einen Verwandtenbesuch mit einem Berlin-Trip verbinden wollen. Zum Müggelsee würde ich gerne nochmals kommen, aber keinesfalls nochmals in diesem Hotel buchen.

Die Sauberkeit im Hotel lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Balkons sind Monate lang nicht gereinigt worden. Serviceleistungen im Haus gleich null. Bar, Bowlingbahn und Schwimmbad alles zu. Vom Biergarten existieren nur noch die Wegweiser und ein paar Balken die im Dreck liegen.
