"I chose this hotel based on ratings and I have to say, they were correct. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean. Only complaint was the elevator was not working and we were on the second floor. We walked a lot everyday visiting different places so we were exhausted by the time we came back to the hotel and had to climb stairs. Otherwise I would stay there again."

"This property was no frills, great location to the town of new Buffalo and Four Winds Casino. It was slightly outdated. In fact, it was pretty outdated, but it was clean, the rooms were large, the staff was super nice and it did the trick.! I would stay there again! "

"The online pictures must have been from at least a decade ago. Sadly, we arrived to holes in the wall, yellowed and mismatched bathroom fixtures, mismatched and stained linens (and no alternative available upon request because the on duty front desk person did not have a key to the linen closet and the person who did wouldn’t be in until at least 11pm). Pluses were…The room smelled of bleach, which I assume meant it had been cleaned, the price was low and both people I dealt were very nice. Probably wouldn’t stay there again though. Definitely felt misled by the pictures."
