"The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! "We have stayed at the holiday inn lots of times before, Brentwood was up to the normal standard, breakfast the first morning was cold so we asked the friendly staff you microwave it for us, the 2nd morning was lovely, the coffee was not as good as normal, quite bitter, plenty of choice of other drinks though, you can ask for omelette or pancakes which are freshly cooked for you which is really nice, great hotel, very pleased "

"Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment"

"From the moment we arrived to when we departed the staff were friendly and helpfull. Although small our room was well appointed, comfortable and clean. The atmostphere in the bar was welcoming and friendly and the food was excellent. A great location close to the train station and an on site car park. We will definitely return."

"Clean, basic, comfortable hotel .. close to Ilford train station and right on the high street. We had a family room with 4 single beds which was perfect for us. The bathroom was extremely clean with a great sized shower. Breakfast was basic but adequate, cereal, fruit juice, toast, yoghurts and tea/coffee.We were only there for one night but it was perfect for what we needed. Very nice, friendly staff too."
