The doors are easy to use (not always a given in Italy) and the staff made communication easy. My only criticism is that check in with only the landline number was very difficult. "The location was very convenient - just 10 minutes walk to Piazza Tasso. The room was clean and modern but a bit small. We really enjoyed the balcony and would have our coffee and breakfast outside. There was not any real breakfast but some pre-packaged toast and cereal was provided. The whole check in process was done over the phone and we only saw our host for a moment on our last day. Meeting us in person at check in would have made us feel more welcome and make the process easier. "
