"Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10"

"This is a great place to stay. It is very close to the heart of Benaulim, being approximately 5 minutes walk to the centre of town in one direction and about a 10 minute walk to the beach in the other direction. The town offers a wide choice of places to eat and drink, bars and a variety of shops, money exchange etc. and also 2 travel agents. I used Majestic Travel and booked a train ticket to Hampi and a return overnight bus with Paulo Travels with them. It is a good idea to book early as...

"They don't seem to have any professional front office, service or housekeeping staff. Very poor room service choice and nothing really offered in the inclusive "buffet" breakfast, makes it a poor stay. No room cleaning offered in the 2N/3D stay. Seems more geared for package holiday international tourists with no service standard expectations. Very close to the beach (10 min walk/ 2 min drive) however, though no view of the sea."
