"The deadbolt didn't work on the first room so the front desk immediately took action and quickly set up another room that worked out very well. They even helped in moving luggage over to the new room. All in all, the room was clean, quiet and met all needs for a comfortable stay."

"Loved our stay here. The only issue was that there was no valet that night and we were told we could park across the street in a lot, but there had appeared to be break ins there and so we ended up parking at a garage further down pine. "

"The two ladies at the front desk were very nice. They gave me a $10 coupon to go to one of the restaurants nearby and then the shuttle driver for the hotel dropped us off and picked us up from the restaurant. "

"I booked this hotel based on the rate and the stellar reviews, and was not disappointed. This was only an overnight stay, but I'd definitely stay here again. It's about a 10 min walk from the Westlake Center rail stop, so it's easily accessible from the airport via train. There is a bit of a homeless population nearby (on 3rd Ave), but 4th Ave and the streets towards the water did not seem to have this. The customer service was excellent and they offer some nice perks i.e. some snacks in the room and I believe coffee that I did not take advantage of. There is also a really popular breakfast spot next door. My room was clean and comfortable. I will not hesitate to stay here again next time I've visiting Seattle. "
