"I found the Hilton Garden Inn to be a modern, bright and clean hotel, with friendly staff with good amenities. My room was spacious and included a small but effective refrigerator and microwave and more. I appreciated that there was nice flooring and no carpet in my room. It made the room feel even clearer and more modern. The only minor annoyance was that the bathroom door would not stay open. It is not that I wanted to door open all the time, but when I was washing up and really wanted to hear the football game, and the door would not stay open. There was nothing that could hold it open in the entire room except the heavy end table, which was very heavy to move. I would have appreciated a door stop in the room but maybe they don't make door stops that strong. I would recommend this hotel! "

"Front Desk was conditional to who was working. A couple staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, empathetic to what the Air Canada mess created. Couple others were "just business", no smile, enthusiasm or empathy - lacking a personal touch. Lounge bartenders were exceptional. Rates were reasonable as well."
