"My wife and I specifically chose this hotel because we wanted peacefulness which we sort of got. The staff was very courteous and helpful, but not in all areas. I reported that the reading light and receptacle beside the bed did not function, ( was not repaired after three nights) nor did the refrigerator work, nor did the Mercedes Benz passenger van meant to provide local transportation, (we walked to/and from the train station) advertised in their online QR CODE description. "A pretty good apart hotel with amazing staff and customer service. Clean, reasonably priced and based in a good location. The only thing I can point out is it would’ve been nice to have some bottled water available at hand but I suppose that’s due to the fact that water in Hungary is deemed safe to drink from the tap. "The hotel was a very nice relaxing spa hotel. They cleaned everyday and it was all spotless, although they didnt replace tissue when it finished and gave a stingy 2 teabags. Some of the receptionist and people In the breakfadt hall were very friendly whilst thete were 1 or 2 who were not very helpful which was frusyrating. "

"The breakfast provided was excellent. There was a shop called Penny's that had a small supermarket that had your essential needs. The staff was friendly. We were about 20 minutes to 25 minutes away from many of the excercursions we wanted to see. There was a gym available, but I didn't get a chance to use it. There are buses and metro train stops nearby, but I traveled with taxi during my stay. Hopefully, it would be a good improvement if there could be a way to do laundry at the hotel."
